DAY 1 DUTCH BOWL (born 2005/6)

After a nice opening everybody was full of expectations for the day to come. We need to get used to the size of our new players! Some players look so small but play already so high level of tennis. The smallest player played the longest match of the day: 2,5 hours. Another amazing story of today is the story of Dilhan Wasantha from England. Although he was on the waiting list his father booked a ticket to Gendringen, hoping that there would be a cancellation so that he could play the Dutch Bowl! And guess what: a player from Egypt didn’t show up and Dilhan plays now in the main draw!!
